Registration

You can register for ECVP 2014 on Sunday, August 24^th from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Kolarac, the venue where the Perception lecture will take place. If you have already paid conference fee on-line, you will receive a bag containing your conference materials. You have to wear your ECVP badge at all ECVP 2014 events.

If you have not paid your conference fee, you can pick up only your badge (that you need to enter Perception Lecture and Cocktail). The rest of the conference materials you can receive upon on-site payment.

Registration for the main conference allows you to submit one abstract as a first author. Abstract should be maximum 200 words long. After April 10, 2014 registration continues but abstract submission will no longer be possible. Registration fees will increase on April 10, 2014.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE

Accompanying person:
In your profile you can register as many accompanying people as you need. This will allow to receive the badge, to join the cocktail and use public transportation. You can also book the Banquet dinner for your Accompanying person/s.

Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment in cash is only possible on-site.

Participants registered for the main conference can also attend the cocktail party at Kalemegdanska Terasa (Sunday, August 24, 2014).

Registration must be completed through this website. When you register, you will create a profile and choose your username and password. These details will allow you to log in and add or change information at any time. The username and password will be sent to you in an e-mail of registration confirmation.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

CREDIT CARD
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be taken through a standard checkout procedure and payment will be processed immediately. This will complete the registration process and abstract submission can begin. Select “Credit card” from payment options in your profile and proceed to checkout.

Please note that all payments will be effected in the Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account is charged will be obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

BANK TRANSFER
This payment option is completed outside of the registration system via your bank. Once payment has been received from your bank, a confirmation email will be sent and you will be able to begin the abstract submission process. Please note, as bank clearance is not immediate, this process may take up to two working days.

ON-SITE PAYMENT
It will be possible to finalize payment during the conference itself. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card. However, please note that abstract submission will not be possible if payment has not been made in advance.

As of Monday, August 25^th you can pay your conference fee and fully register at the registration desk in Sava Centar (i.e. the conference venue) from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.After registration, you will receive a bag containing your conference materials. You have to wear your ECVP badge at all ECVP 2014 events.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For written cancellation before July 23^rd 2014, an administrative charge of 50 Euros will be applied. After this date, no refunds can be made in advance.
